The Annual General Meeting of the Loughton Residents' Association was held on Thursday 7th May 2009 at the Loughton Manor First School.
It proved to be very well attended with over thirty residents turning up. A major topic discussed was the possible demise of the association due lack of interest in people becoming committee members. However, there was a lot of enthusiasm to keep the association running and a new committee has been formed to take the association forward.

The meeting was followed by a very interesting show of photos of Loughton taken over the last hundred years or so.
